Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented hospitality professional to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. In this role, you will support daily room turnover and uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout guest rooms and public areas.

What You Will Do

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established quality and safety standards
  • Change linens, make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum, mop, and restock room supplies
  • Clean bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces are sanitized and well presented
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance concerns, missing items, or damage and report findings promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairways, carts, storage areas, and other assigned spaces
  • Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Follow all housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards
  • Properly handle cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Professional, respectful, and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
