Position Overview

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for professionally installing bath and shower systems in residential homes while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete bathroom remodeling projects efficiently, often within a single day
  • Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company standards
  • Utilize carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills to ensure a quality installation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners
  • Educate customers on the use and maintenance of their new bath systems
  • Accurately complete job documentation, including photos and paperwork
  • Maintain installation vehicles, tools, and inventory
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction
  • Experience with bathroom remodeling or bath installations preferred
  • Ability to accurately measure and cut materials using standard measuring tools
  • Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
  • Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
