Overview
Registered Nurse – Outpatient travel assignment in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Start date: 09/14/2026. Duration: 8 weeks with potential extensions. Weekly pay: $1,357–$1,421 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 5x8-hour days. Work setting: hospital outpatient services. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient hospital setting within the RN scope of practice
- Assess patients, triage concerns, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
- Document assessments, plans, orders, and interventions in EPIC EMR; administer medications as assigned
- Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and lab orders; arrange follow-up testing as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, testing procedures, and discharge instructions
- Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and compliance with HIPAA and other regulations

Requirements
- Active RN license (Pennsylvania) or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice in Pennsylvania
- EPIC EMR experience is required
- Minimum 18 months of registered nurse experience
- Outpatient or ambulatory care experience preferred
- Ability to perform in a hospital outpatient setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
