Job Description

Sushi Noz, a Michelin two star, Omakase restaurant in NYC, will open beautiful new Sushi Noz LA, in the Century City neighbor hood at the end of this year.
We are seeking exceptional sushi chefs with experience in a highly acclaimed Omakase restaurants in the US or abroad to join Sushi Noz LA.
We are ready to hire as soon as September to allow time for training in New York prior to our opening
The Sushi Chef will work in collaboration and with the support of our Head Chef and also at the direction of Chef Noz and the culinary team to execute a fresh, world class Omakase menu and experience for discerning guests in our beautiful new LA location in Century City neighborhood.
The role requires:
Exceptional skills and experience in a culinary role at an acclaimed Omakase location.
Open, full-time availability, typically a 5 day workweek.
Must be willing to travel to New York for training as required.
Ability to speak Japanese and understanding of Japanese culture is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
Ability to lift 35 pounds.
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary tools and equipment.
Position requires flexibility to work all hours as required
