Job Description

As our Recruiting Coordinator , you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that every step of the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to craft an experience that leaves a lasting positive impression on candidates. From coordinating interviews to managing the flow of communication, you’ll have a direct impact on helping to attract and secure top talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is exceptionally organized, and enjoys working with people at all levels of the organization. Position can be remote but will need to be located on the West Coast .

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring all logistics such as time zones and video conferencing setups are managed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates during the scheduling process, keeping them informed of next steps, interview logistics, and timelines.
  • Manage the recruiting team’s calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and optimize the use of time for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their availability and preferences, ensuring interviews are scheduled promptly and efficiently.
  • Send out reminders to both candidates and interviewers to ensure that scheduled interviews are attended and on time.
  • Handle any last-minute rescheduling due to conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to both the candidate and the interview panel.
  • Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones , ensuring clear communication and accurate planning for all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination or Recruiting Ops.
  • Familiarity with Workday and Microsoft suite of products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
