ToolBank USA is excited to launch Nashville ToolBank, a new nonprofit affiliate that will strengthen volunteerism and community impact across Middle Tennessee by providing charitable organizations with access to tools, equipment, and resources needed to complete service projects. As we establish this new affiliate, we are seeking our founding Executive Director—a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader who is passionate about community engagement, relationship building, and nonprofit impact. This is a unique opportunity to build an organization from the ground up, working alongside a dedicated Board of Directors, community partners, and ToolBank USA to create a lasting resource that empowers local nonprofits and volunteers to do more good throughout the Nashville region.

Development
Formulate, articulate, and administer a development plan that employs diverse fundraising methods to secure funding for ongoing operations and special projects.
Financial Management
Provide an accountability framework within which the ToolBank maintains responsible financial strategies.

ToolBank team members must have a passion for the mission, be solutions based, think outside the box, be efficient, decisive, and display superior interpersonal skills.
