Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join their team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information across multiple databases and systems, playing a key part in keeping the organization's records clean, current, and reliable.

The day-to-day involves steady, focused work processing high volumes of records, verifying accuracy, and flagging discrepancies before they become bigger problems. Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into internal databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
• Review records for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed
• Compile, sort, and verify data prior to entry
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer records
• Generate routine reports summarizing entered data
• Respond to data-related requests from internal teams in a timely manner
• Archive completed documents and maintain organized digital filing systems
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Assist with data cleanup and migration projects as needed
• Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies or recurring data issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Strong typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
