Job Description
We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join a local clients team! In this role, you'll build relationships with clients, support sales and internal teams, manage order accuracy, and ensure timely delivery for a seamless customer experience. salary: $18 - $19 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Promote services to both new and existing customers.
- Provide support to field sales and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the quality, engineering, and manufacturing departments.
- Generate quotes, coordinate order entry, and communicate requirements to relevant personnel.
- Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with category buyers to drive sales growth and quickly resolve customer issues for positive scorecard results.
- Perform customer service and account maintenance, including scorecard and portal management.
- Review orders for accuracy, coordinate order entry, and share necessary information with internal departments, external customers, and sales teams.
- Coordinate customer quote activity and maintain CRM records.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals directly to customers or alongside field sales representatives.
- Monitor account activity, assess performance, and provide sales forecasts.
- Occasional travel to customer locations may be required (up to 10%).
- Collaborate with the sales and customer experience teams to analyze customer data and optimize sales strategies.
- Manage CRM and ensure effective data management.
- Oversee customer data within company ERP and CRM systems.
