Service Manager Diehl Hyundai of Massillon | Massillon, OH Lead Our Service Department to the Next Level! Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is looking for an experienced, motivated Service Manager to lead our growing service department. If you're a proven leader with a passion for customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a busy automotive service department.
• Lead, coach, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Drive service sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing service team.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive dealership Service Manager experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to increase service department performance.
• Experience with dealership management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
