About the Role: 3D Systems is looking for an experienced operator who performs manual labor along a production line, operates and troubleshoots production line tools, equipment, machinery, and computers, and may perform minor repairs as necessary.

What We Are Looking For: - Troubleshoot production line machinery
- Responsible for component-level quality assurance; adjust as necessary to produce product within specifications; reject product outside of specifications
- Follow standard operation procedures with minimal supervision
- Complete daily production logs
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes & procedures
- Communicate with peers and manager related to line activities and issues
What You Will Bring: - At least (1) year of assembly experience
- High School Diploma or GED; AA degree preferred
- A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
- An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
